  • Are your products natural?
    Yes! All our candles and wax melts are made from natural soy wax and we only use pure essential oils to scent them. You can rest assured that our products are cruelty free, suitable for vegans, contain no paraffin, no phthalates, no palm, no beeswax, no parabens, no synthetic fragrances or waxes, no additives or dyes and are non-toxic. Our packaging is also either recyclable or biodegradable.
  • What are Essential Oils?
    Essential oils are plant extracts. They are made by steaming or pressing various parts of a plant (flowers, bark, leaves or fruit) to capture the compounds that produce fragrance. It can take several kilograms of a plant to produce a single bottle of essential oil. Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain. Essential oils can lift your mood, energise, relieve stress, calm nerves and promote relaxation. The beneficial properties from each essential oil we use in our candles and wax melts are listed by each product.
  • What is Soy Wax?
    Soy wax is a natural vegetable wax which is derived from soybean oil. Soy wax candles burn cleanly, for longer and have a lower melting point than traditional waxes such as paraffin. Soy wax burns with zero petro soot and is 100% biodegradable.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    We are currently only shipping within the UK. Check back for updates soon!
  • Do you accept returns?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Where is my order?
    Your order will be sent to you either by Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' or DPD Local. After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number to be able to track your parcel. Please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch and 1-3 working days for delivery. Please note: Delivery times my be affected due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Please allow two weeks before contacting us about a possible lost parcel.
